Meet Me for Coffee

It's actually really cute how we started.
Wendy & I (Adri) met years ago through a mutual friend/aesthetician. Once we started connecting our interests, healing journey and support for small businesses, we came together and formed the Valley Spiritual Plug in March of 2024 - just a couple of valley girls creating community space for healing and uplifting other small businesses. Our planning dates would be over coffee. And we brought Pranic Healing Sound Baths around LA.
I met Gaby during a catering event for Life Force Kitchen (my non-profit) in support of Dia de los Ninos for the Refugee Children's Center. Gaby serves on the board of directors for RCC and I just recall her directing the families with her megaphone. We had a brief exchange wanting to talk more about Pranic Healing so we got each others's digits! Hehe. Later, that kismet exchange opened up for a couple coffee dates for us to connect about losing our corporate jobs, go deeper into Pranic Healing, and have a live Akashic Records reading in the middle of a loud brunch hour at Superba Calabasas.
Cristina came into our lives through a blessed connection through Graciela (whom Wendy learned Reiki from) for my Solar Return Community Gathering for my birthday - which included a sound bath, potluck, henna, flower bar and card readings. A month later, I had posted about the coffee date I had with Gaby opening up for other opportunities for lattes & healing and Cristina answered the call. I learned we were very much on similar paths moving away from corporate life and stepping into our wholesomeness as full time healers & creatives. We met at our favorite Chatsworth coffee house - Chitchat and at that point, I knew something bigger was brewing...
I had to connect all of us. 4 sound healers on similar paths?! Umm YEAH. All these connections resulted in a Multi-Healer Sound Bath at the park in May. And we were blown away at what we created. We called ourselves the Spice Girls - we all have different bowls and different personalities - we came together as one. Since then, we have gathered over coffee to brainstorm, level set, open up and share of ourselves as we continue to build more community healing with our events. The week we were preparing for a peaceful march in DTLA during the height of ICE raids around Los Angeles, our name was created - Inner Bloom Collective. As we each tend to our own growth from the inside out, we are helping each other grow as well. Flowers have been a part of all of our events which we later gift to the attendees. But the significance of the flowers are also an offering to our spirit guides and ancestors.
The 4 of us are the founding sisters and the momentum we are moving is expanding just as quickly as we came together. To think this has only happened in the past few months! More seeds are being planted and one was the creation of our different blooms - Bloom Sisters, Bloom Brothers, Golden Blooms and Little Blooms.
We needed a divine masculine for the Bloom Brothers and knew exactly who that would be. I met Joaquin on IG years ago. We connected over conspiracy theories and as we all had to go through our own process, he would come and go but knew where to find me on IG. But with his recent return to social media, I know he's here to stay. When I had my birthday at the park, that's where Wendy and Cristina had the opportunity to meet Oso and stayed connected on social media. Then with our first Multi-Healer Sound Bath, Gaby had the opportunity to meet Joaquin. He has been so supportive of all of us - as a collective and with our individual endeavors. He came to the peaceful march to look over us through the streets of DTLA. He said part of his calling was to be the sacred container to hold the divine feminine and that is absolutely what he is doing for all of us. And more recently tapping in to the magic of his chanting and drum as we asked him to join our collective.
We met Karla through Gaby. She attended our first Multi-Healer Sound Bath and took incredible photos and videos of us. Her photography is amazing. Our connection to healing and nature opened up for us to ask her to be a part of this collective, not just for her art but for her amazing energy as well. She is the official photographer of the Inner Bloom Collective.
I feel like I have written so much yet so little because this is just the beginning. IBC is going to grow beyond what any of us can fathom. Led by heart, guided by faith and surrending to all the goodness we deserve. Thank you for being here and watching our blooms unfold.
With love & gratitude,
Adri
